What mdil.ai keeps about you, why, and for how long.
Signing up on the home page
MDIL Labs Oy (Helsinki) keeps your email and the lists you picked only to tell you when they open or to invite you, nothing else. AIRUT signups are also seen by the AIRUT team (info at airut.ai). Ask info at mdil.ai to see or delete them at any time. Lists are deleted within 12 months, and the party list right after the party.
The chat
Airut, the chat on our home page, runs on MDIL Labs Oy's reasoning technology. It does the main work and decides how each answer is built. It keeps the conversation (what you type and its answers), so it can follow along. Everything it keeps from a chat is deleted 30 days after your last message.
The chat does not ask who you are. Its records hold no name, email or IP address unless you type one.
For writing the text, MDIL uses an AI model from Anthropic (USA). It receives only what MDIL declares to it.
Your browser keeps the conversation in its tab until you close the tab.
Visiting the site
Our network provider, Cloudflare, and our server record your IP address when you open a page.
This site sets no cookies. The Press, White paper and old home pages count visits with Matomo, without cookies.
Who keeps it, and how to ask
MDIL Labs Oy, Helsinki, Finland. To see or delete your sign-ups or your chats, write to info at mdil.ai. For a chat, tell us roughly when it was, so we can find it.
We do this with your consent (sign-ups) or our legitimate interest (the chat and the site). You can complain to the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
